Exciting new activities are on the horizon! The Heath Park Neighbourhood Network Panel is working hard to bring you even more opportunities to learn, connect, and thrive. Coming soon: energetic Zumba classes to get you moving, cultural budget cooking sessions to share recipes and skills from around the world, and essential First Aid courses to keep our community safe. Best of all? These activities are completely FREE for Heath Park residents. The Panel listens to what you want and makes it happen - this is your community shaping your centre. Saturday Family Fun Fitness with Baj - Ongoing

Bring the whole family for FREE fitness fun every Saturday at Heath Park! Led by the energetic Baj from Baj Fitness, these sessions welcome everyone from young children to grandparents for an hour of movement, laughter, and community connection. No fancy equipment needed, no booking required - just turn up at 1pm and join in! Whether you're fitness enthusiasts or complete beginners, Baj creates an inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Come and be part of this wonderful Neighbourhood Network Panel initiative!

Long Term Conditions Programme - Starting January 2026

Living with a long-term health condition can be challenging, but you don't have to face it alone. Our new 10-week Long Term Conditions programme offers holistic support for anyone managing ongoing health challenges. Through expert-led sessions, you'll gain practical tools, connect with others who understand your journey, and discover new approaches to wellbeing. This community-focused programme takes a whole-person approach, addressing not just physical health but emotional and social wellbeing too. Generation Move - Easter Break Programme 2026

New dates announced soon!

Our successful Generation Move programme returns for the Easter break with an exciting lineup of activities for young people with SEND. Over three action-packed days, participants will experience football, dance, and yoga sessions led by experienced facilitators who understand and celebrate neurodiversity. Generation Move creates an inclusive, supportive environment where every young person can thrive. Each session is designed to build confidence, develop new skills, and have fun in a safe, welcoming space.
